Danger

I think this guy zooming around boulder is going to need more than those knee pads if he gets hit by a car. And they way he was driving, I am sure he might be a victim already. ALSO.... I almost forgot, he was in the damn left lane too and not passing anyone... a huge annoyance! I clocked him at 20... clearly fast enough to be driving in the street. I am sure the Bikers in boulder (you know who you are) wouldn't let him use the bike lanes because he didn't have any sponsor gear on.
