When is enough enough?

If you have had the pleasure of driving down 32nd ave near applewood at night, then you have probably almost burnt your eyes out looking at this yard decorated with Christmas lights... Christmas figures, Christmas air blow up things and a temporary chain link fence to keep you OUT! I think the guy has to put the fence up so no one gets burnt!
I bet the neighbors love this guy. Where do you think he stores all this crap? There is no way a two car garage is big enough!
